In a dual role in partnership with Keyano College, I will also be overseeing the development of soccer within Fort McMurray. I will be responsible in Coach Education and Player Development along with creating pathways for both coaches and players to progress further in their coaching and playing ambitions.

I was hired to lead both the Men's and Women's college teams in its 3rd season competing in the Alberta Colleges Athletics Conference (ACAC). Prior to my arrival, both teams had struggled on and off the field. I had to rebuild both teams hence responsible in all coaching aspects, recruiting high quality, strong academic background student-athletes from Canada & internationally and oversee the management the budget, scholarship, purchasing of equipment and apparel, scheduling, travel & logistics. In my 3rd season, In 2016 led the women's team to their first berth to the ACAC Women's Soccer Conference Championships and repeated it the following season. In 2017, on the back of successfully finishing 4th in the ACAC Men's South Division League, I was named 2017 ACAC Men's Soccer South Division Coach of the Year.

Bowls Canada - HIGH PERFORMANCE DIRECTOR

I was hired as the first ever High Performance Director. I developed and designed of the high performance strategy and annual planning cycle. Overseeing management and delivery of National, Development, and Youth Squad programs and responsible for the Anti-doping program, operational and logistical management of the High Performance department. Managing, overseeing, monitoring and evaluating athletes Yearly Training Plans, monthly training plans and self-analysis. Developed and implemented a standardize Training Plan for athletes to report their training, competition and self-analysis on a regular basis. I also worked closely with the High Performance Committee developing National Team Selection criteria and policies. I the entire logistics and managed the National and Development teams at Training Camps and the 2015 Asia Pacific Bowls Championships and 2016 World Bowls Championships.

I was hired to rebuild the struggling women's team that have suffered on field performances and poor off field culture. It was a great opportunity for me as it was my first experience coaching at a collegiate level in Canada. With no athletic scholarships available, I had to rebuild the team. Hence responsible in all coaching aspects, recruiting high quality, strong academic background student-athletes from Canada & internationally and oversee the management the budget, purchasing of equipment and apparel, scheduling, travel & logistics. In my 4th season, I led the women's team to a berth at the ACAA Women's Soccer Conference Championships, the first time in 10 years in 2012 and then repeated the feat the following year.

I was hired as their first ever Executive Director. I was responsible in Developing and implementing policies and strategic initiatives along with administrating and managing day to day operations. Managing the finance and seeking of funding sources for LNBW and its membership. Provide management leadership and support for the Technical programs that is being developed and implemented throughout New Brunswick wrestling community.
- Developed the position and hired a full-time High Performance Coach to oversee and coach top wrestlers in the province.
- Created and oversaw the implementation of the Wrestle to Podium Performance Program.
- Created a financial management system and generated revenue that had the organization in positive financial operations.
Soccer New Brunswick - PROVINCIAL TEAM MANAGER

In 2010 I was hired to the role of Provincial Team Manager, where I was responsible in overseeing and managing twelve provincial teams that competed at the Canadian Soccer National Championships. I was also responsible in preparing, managing, facilitating and delivering coaching seminars, courses and workshops. I was a course instructor for coaching courses at Community and Pre-B level throughout the province.

I moved from New Zealand to take up the role of Regional Technical Director in December 2007. I was responsible in developing soccer, educating coaches and training players in the West Region. I training over 300 volunteer coaches and establishing 3 part-time positions, working for the region. I also established the West Region Soccer League in 2009 from U12 to senior men and women’s and various player development programs.

I returned for my second sting as the New Zealand Women's National Team Head Coach preparing the team to compete at the 2017 FISU World Universiade Summer Games in Bangkok, Thailand. I oversaw the coaching, operational, logistical and administration of organizing the national team three preparation training camps held in New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand. I had to monitor and select the national team and also appointed an Assistant Coach and Team Manager.

Malaysia Women's National Team / U19 Women's National Team - HEAD COACH / TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

I was hired Head Coach Women's National Team and prepare the U19 Women's National Team for the 2006 AFC U19 Women's Championships. I had the opportunity to scout and select the U19 players from the annual National Championships. We were in centralize camp for three months preparing for the AFC U19 Women's Championships.
I also assumed the role of National Technical Director Women's football, establishing the Women’s Football Department at Football Association of Malaysia to manage all affairs of women’s football in the country. This included developing a 4-Year High Performance and International Plan 2006 – 2010, Operational Budget Plan, and its step by step implementation procedure.
Responsible in leading the amalgamation of Ladies Football Association of Malaysia with the Football Association of Malaysia as per FIFA mandate.
New Zealand Universities Women's National Team - HEAD COACH / TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

In 1998 I was appointed as the National Technical for New Zealand Universities Football under the umbrella of University Sport New Zealand. My mandate was to was a long-term vision to have the New Zealand Universities Women's National Team competing at the FISU World Universiade Summer Games.
I provided overall governance, strategic direction and leadership including the development of a sound, professional and stable infrastructure. I was also responsible in seeking funding with funding agencies and sponsors. I developed and implemented the Long Term Development Working Action Plan to achieve the vision which was achieved in 2003.
I was also appointed to the role of Head Coach and in 2001, the National Women's Team bound for their first international tour playing seven games in Australia and I was named University Sport New Zealand Coach of the Year. In 2002, I led the National Team two international tournaments, Australasia International Tournament in Malaysia and Fern Cup in New Zealand. I oversaw the National Team to two appearances at the FISU World Universiade Summer Games, 2003 in Daegu, South Korea and 2005 Izmir, Turkey.

I was the Head Staff Coach for the New Zealand Football National Regional Academies for U12, U13 and U14 Boys. I was also the lead Academy Coordinator for the South Island National Regional Academy centre. It was a great opportunity work with approximately 120 junior academy players from throughout the South Island.

I was initially appointed to lead the Men's Reserve team as the Head Coach and as the Assistant Coach to the 1st Team. However halfway through the season, I was promoted to the Head Coach role when the Head Coach was let go, as the team was struggling and facing relegation. I ended up coaching both teams for the rest of the season and the following season and kept the club out of relegation.
Woolston WMC - MEN'S HEAD COACH

I was hired as the Head Coach after the Mainland Football Men's Premier League expended the number of teams in the league and Woolston WMC was promoted into the league. It was the most challenge coaching experience i ever faced as I had to rebuild the entire team recruiting players to be able to compete at the Premier League level. Unfortunately, by the time I was appointed most players have already signed for other clubs. It was a struggle the entire season and the team was relegated at the end of the season and ended merging with another club.

My appointment as the Head Coach for both 1st Team and Reserve Team, was my first experience coaching men's team. It was an exciting challenge and and a very enjoyable experience coaching over 30 odd players and managing two teams. The 1st Team finished mid-table for both seasons while the Reserve Team finished top of the table.

Facilitated and delivered the New Zealand Football Coach-Education courses including coaching and mentoring new and existing coaches. It was my first coaching experience at senior women's club level after spending time coaching at youth level. It was a positive learning experience as the Head Coach and overseeing all aspects of leading the women's team. The team finished mid table both seasons.
