Communication Protocols

  • I do not want to be texting players to find out if you will be coming for training, meeting, etc!!

  • READ YOUR EMAILS / SCHEDULES /               INDIVIDUAL &  TEAM WHATSAPP

  • YOU HAVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND COMMITMENT TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME IN TIMELY FASHION.

  • Communication from me – Message will be sent to the LEADERSHIP GROUP and they will send it out via WhatsApp Team Group.

Injury Prevention & Management

  • If you have any kind of injury or level of injury, MUST let me know IMMEDIATELY.

  • When you are injured, you MUST still attend training sessions.

  • Report to Mark NOVAK - Athletic Therapist to get managed.

NO EXTRA INDIVIDUAL TRAINING BEYOND SCHEDULED TEAM TRAINING – Unless approved.

Training Expectations

Be ready to go on time for Trainings

  • Arrive minimum 15 mins before Training

  • Be changed and ready to start on time!

  • If you need taping from AT, arrive early to get it done.

Academics Expectations

  • Minimum 9 credits per semester / 18 credits full year.

  • Minimum Target 2.0 GPA (C grade / 65%) each semester:

    • To be eligible to play

    • To be eligible to receive your scholarship for the following semester

  • Be well organized and manage your education

  • I am here to provide you support and work with you to manage your studies.

  • Mid-terms / Assignments:

    • You know when they are due / scheduled

    • Organize your schedule so you don’t miss training sessions

  • MUST attend all classes – communicate with your instructors if are ill.

    • If your classes are online, you will be able to watch the class at a later time as they are recorded.

Volunteer Expectations

  • Each student-athlete will require to complete a total of minimum 30 – 50 hours of volunteer for the year.

  • Individual athletes can also seek out volunteer opportunities to complete their volunteer hours.

  • All volunteer hours will need to be tracked and reported on the Volunteer hours in the Volunteer Hours Tracking Spreadsheet on Google Drive (I will share the link).
